The Wiser family has been building in Tulsa since the 1970s. Zach grew up on his father's job sites and has been around construction since he could walk. He has 30 years in the trade and spent 20 of them building houses.
Zach has built $10 million homes in California and $150,000 homes in Oklahoma, and he has done both residential and commercial work. He brings the same standard to a bathroom in Jenks as he did to a custom home.

Wiser & Sons is insured. Oklahoma doesn't license general contractors, so Zach pulls the general permit for remodels and additions, and the plumber, electrician and HVAC contractor pull their own permits for their part of the job.
About 15 years ago, Zach designed a quality control program for one of the largest builders in Oklahoma, and they still use it. He checks every trade's work himself before a job moves forward. If a customer wants a lower standard than he works to, Zach will inspect the work for them, but he won't put his name on it.
